CasaVolka Refunds and Returns Policy

At CasaVolka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handmade Moroccan furniture. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist with returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
- Exclusions:
- Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or with discounts are non-refundable unless faulty.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional details.

Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals.

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
- Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when returning an item due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.
4. Refunds
- Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the inspection process.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where returned items show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts, CasaVolka reserves the right to issue a partial refund.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variation, please contact us at [contact@casavolka.com]. Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or lesser value unless the difference is paid.
- Exchanges must also be initiated within 30 days of delivery and will follow the same process as returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [contact@casavolka.com] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Timeframe: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
